From 20 guests in our restaurant to 220 guests in a marquee overlooking the sea or we can provide Exclusive Use for up to 90 guests within our entire restaurant.

Weddings are hosted Mondays - Fridays October - May outside of peak months
We do not host weddings in June, July, August or September including Fridays and Saturdays of Bank

Weddings up to 40 guests are hosted in our Restaurant & Courtyard Exclusively with no Exclusive
Venue Hire
Weddings up to a maximum of 90 guests are hosted in our Restaurant and Sea View Restaurant
Exclusively with *Venue Hire
*We are not a traditional venue where we can host weddings in conjunction with our daily
restaurant service, therefore Exclusive Venue Hire charge of €6000 applies in addition to per
person costs with minimum of 90 person cover charge
Weddings up to 220 guests are required to avail of a Marquee overlooking the sea with all hire
and associated costs charged separate to the above and signed off by The Strand Cahore
All weddings are subject to choosing from the menu suite a minimum of

Arrival Drinks reception can be chosen additionally at your discretion
Menu items can be changed on request but may incur an additional cost such as beef
Wine is charged separately - Wine lists supplied on request
Corkage can be availed of at €20 per bottle of wine and €30 per bottle of champagne
No other food or drink with the exception of a HACCP approved wedding cake are permitted on to
the property
All guests vacate the Marquee at 12am and move to the main Bar and Restaurant with all amplified music finishing at this time
Last drinks orders are at 12.30am
We provide a non-traditional, personal and intimate venue for weddings which means your celebration
is unique and different. Acoustic music is permitted and playlists can be provided to be played across
our indoor & outdoor sound system. We do not cater for amplified music or DJs or provide a
dancefloor.
All guests must vacate the premises by 1am
Prices may change according to inflation rates and current economic trends
